Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Habito, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your first-time purchase of any Habito product does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 60 days of delivery — no return required.To begin the process, simply reach out to our Customer Support team and let us know what didn’t work for you. Once approved, we’ll handle the rest.We believe in our products and stand behind your experience with Habito. That’s why refunds are available even if the product has been opened or used.
Please note:
- This guarantee applies only to your initial purchase of a specific product.
- Additional purchases of the same product are not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee and instead follow our standard return guidelines.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 14 days.
Standard Product Returns
If you decide you will not use a product, unopened and unused items may be returned under the following conditions:- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must remain unused, unopened, and in resalable condition.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund to help offset handling and processing costs.
- Shipping charges and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
How to Return an Item
- Before sending anything back, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our Customer Support team.
- RMAs allow us to track returns accurately and ensure proper credit is issued.
- Returned items must arrive at Habito within 30 days of the RMA approval date.
- Returns received outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
- Any shipment sent without an approved RMA will be refused.
Additional Information
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting eligible returns.
- All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Items returned in damaged, incomplete, or non-resalable condition may be declined or refunded at a reduced amount.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Habito is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Habito reserves the right to deny returns that do not comply with this policy or appear to involve misuse or abuse of our return system.
